How to Begin
Beginner Ballroom - group lesson
You'll learn the basic steps of Tango, Waltz, Foxtrot, Swing, Rumba and Chacha.
Fee: $60 per couple and $40 per person for the four-week-session - monthly bases. Singles are welcome.

Cancellation Policy: for private lesson - no refund, but the payment can be transferred to others or take lessons at later time, valid for 2 years upon payment.
Intermediate Ballroom
Adding more advanced steps to be built upon. New dances are introduced: NightClubTwoStep, CountryTwoStep, West Coast Swing, Quick Step and Viennese Waltz.
Fee: $40 per person for a four-week session per month and singles are welcome. If offered multiple times weekly, make-up lesson is no additional charge.
Ballroom Line Dance
This is solo ballroom dances for cardio exercise and fun, refining ballroom technique and improving music interpretation.
Fee: $5 per drop-in or $20 for five classes. Check Calendar and register by email or text.
Salsa Boot Camp
Periodically, Salsa Boot Camp is offered. It's a weekend session with novice to intermediate levels.
Four hours/day: from 10 am to noon and from 1 pm to 3 pm
$55 per person: $95 per couple

Wedding Dance Lesson
Private or semi-private lesson, rate is $60 per hour for couples. At our first meeting, you'll receive the initial consultation to meet your wedding dance goal. We'll discuss music choice, level of choreography, dancing dress if changing dress for First Dance is being considered, stage management for dance presentation, lesson budget, duration of lessons,.... And then try out different moves and determine your desired music and dance. Normally, this consultation takes 20 to 30 minutes and many find it well worth it. Among my students, the longest wedding dance lesson taker is 2 years and shortest 2 hours. Most of them from 5 to 20 hours.
Package (1) : First Dance including consultation consists of 5 hours $250
Package (2) First Dance including consultation consists of 10 hours And one-hour either Father&Daughter or Mother&Son $500
Package (3) First Dance including consultation consists of 10 hours And three- our either Father&Daughter or Mother&Son $580
Important note: I've watched several wedding dances taught by renowned dance studios. Please allow me to brag on my students. Their First Dance gets standing ovations. Even though you may not have much dance background, letting a bride shine on the dance floor is an important mission for DanceWakeForest... because special memories last forever.
Recently, more and more people are taking Father&Daughter and/or Mother&Son dance. Either fun or funky dance choreography or a slightly formal dance can be taught.
Video taking of the summary lesson at the end of each lesson is permitted for those who want to practice outside of lessons.
Special Occasion Dance Lesson
Private lessons are $60 per hour per couple. Special occasion lessons can be just one hour or more. A Dance Gift sometimes makes a life changing present and I can tell you this without exaggeration. Some students initially complained that a partner just can't dance, and the first lesson was miserable. However, on subsequent lessons they began clicking, and dancing became one of their favorite pastimes.
